The ANY EXCUSE FOR CHOCOLATE treatment
Your treatment begins with a Dark Chocolate Sugar Scrub – with an aroma which reminds you of rich, dark hot chocolate pots with the oozing centres, it’s a great way to lift your spirits. Did you know that chocolate contains theobromine which raises your serotonin levels i.e. your feel-good factor!
The base Scrub for all 4 ‘flavours’ is the same so with the Peppermint After Dark, you will get hints of Peppermint essential oil, Turkish Delight is scented with Rose Geranium essential oil and Orange essential oil for the Chocolate Orange. For the Mocha we use a coffee scented fragrance oil.
100% Cocoa Mass/Chocolate – small pieces of 100% pure cocoa mass. This comes from a company who supply only the finest Chocolatiers. It has a high cocoa butter content (53%) so not only is it rich and glides effortlessly across your skin, it is extremely nourishing and moisturising. Cocoa mass is full of beneficial minerals, vitamins and nutrients.
The Cocoa Mass is melted & mixed with 1 of 4 enticing flavours of our Massage Oils:

**Chocolate Orange
**Mocha
And of course the chocolate will be removed with warm flannels following the treatment so you don’t need to worry about having to rush home for a shower after.
My treatment room is in my home in Oakridge, Basingstoke. As far as I know I’m the only massage therapist in Basingstoke who offers this truly decadent chocolate massage. It makes the perfect gift too!
