A check list so that children manage to do all the things they need to do before school, after school, at bedtime etc. For example before school clean teeth, have breakfast, get dressed etc, all those non negotiable the need to happen before leaving the house. You and your child can come up with the list (or use the pre-completed list for ideas) and then your child is in charge – as long as they complete the list then all is good. Encourage the child to tick off each time they do the task/chore. Each circle is big enough to last a week or so.
